A White Lotus Bookclub

Isn’t this the best? I am one nosey person when it comes to books. I’m that person trying to see the cover of the book belonging to the traveler next to me, I’m the one sliding down my sunglasses to glance at the title resting on the beach goer’s lap. I’ll even ask if I can’t see it. Yes, I’m shameless when it comes to books but see, I’m not alone. Simona Tabasco (Lucia from the White Lotus) read my mind when she created this book club idea. Both seasons of The White Lotus feature many books (the first more than the second) and I believe as Simona does that they can reveal so much about a character and a person. Here, Simona goes through the season and lets the viewer know what the characters are reading. 

My favorite is when she says, “surprisingly Cameron took a book with him too!” poking fun at his character who really didn’t seem like the book reading type. What do you think the books reveal about the characters? 

I really love this idea and look forward to Simona’s post for  season one. I think it’s a wonderful idea for a book club!
